Daniel Jones’ stellar performance last season led to the Giants signing him a 4-year $160 million extension as their QB. And Manning spoke positive things about Jones as his successor in the QB department for the team. During a recent interview, Manning said that Jones has been making constant improvements throughout the years. And he is hopeful of his 26-year-old successor winning “big games” in the coming days. The retired QB said, “Each year he’s made improvements. He’s seen things he needs to work on. He’s fixed them.” He then further went on to talk about how last season was Jones’ “best year”, which lead the Giants to a playoff berth.
