It’s been a few months, but the NFL world is still not over Aaron Rodgers‘ transfer to the Jets. There were definitely a lot of behind-the-scenes activities during the transfer and a whole lot of rumors. But the Jets won the final battle and was able to bring Packers on board to initiate Rodgers’ transfer. In these few months after the transfer, there was once again a lot of drama for the Jets’ newly recruited QB. But, it seems analyst think that he is where he should be.

Rodgers seems to be unable to avoid drama, no matter how much he tries. But in the recent interview hosted by Pat McAfee, former Rams QB had some incredible insights on the future of the Jets with the four times MVP on the roster.

Even at the age of 39, Rodgers is still one of the best quarterbacks in the league. Although A-Rod’s sudden transfer did make a lot of noise in the NFL world, he wanted it to happen very badly. He was very unhappy with the team’s management and was looking for an exit. Now that he has finally made the Jets his home, he seems to be finally happy. Retired quarterback of the Rams, Dan Orlovsky joined Pat McAfee in an interview where they discussed how well Rodgers is adapting to a totally different team.

Orlovsky definitely thinks that the 4 times MVP is happier than ever, and he added, “I don’t know if I’ve ever seen this Aaron Rodgers before, Aaron seems to be happy, he seems to be having fun.

Orlovsky also added that this new change is very good for the team. The footballer-turned-sports analyst further added that the Jets players have an advantage with its current weather which is perfect for practice in the offseason. He is definitely rooting for the Jets’ success after the roster restructure.

Pat agreed with Orlovsky when the latter brought up the argument that the Jets finally have a chance to fight head-to-head with a team like the Chiefs and win if the Jets are able to keep Patrick Mahomes off the field. The Jets are not messing around this season. They made a lot of changes in their roster to build a strong enough team that can go against top-of-the-division teams and support their quarterback along the way.

How Good are the Jets looking this season?

The Jets haven’t won a single Super Bowl since the moon landing in 1969. It has been a painful period of time for the Jets fans. But, boy! They are optimistic. And, as the team made significant changes for the good, the fans’ optimism will probably not go in vain. The current roster for this season has been built around Rodgers so that the offensive team is not as frail as the previous seasons. Also, they have some new faces in the defensive line-up that has fair potential.

In conclusion, the 4 times MVP has been really happy since his transfer to the team. His recent foot injury is also not to be worried about. Rodgers has a very strong team he can depend on in the upcoming season. Being a great team leader, he also took a pay cut so that the Jets have the opportunity to bring in new people. It’s all good and wholesome news for the team. These massive changes might give the Jets the break they have longed for over than 6 decades.
