Dallas Cowboys have racked up brilliant performances in this season so far. In the first 6 matches of their season, the Cowboys have won 5 and lost one. Their last match was against the New England Patriots, where the Cowboys picked up a dramatic victory. The game ended 35-29, but it was not short of drama. Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb were the star players involved.

The tightly contested game had to go into overtime to find a winner. Thankfully, Dak Prescott’s wonder pass to CeeDee Lamb for a final touchdown helped the Cowboys emerge victorious. After scoring the touchdown, Lamb went a bit too far in his celebrations, which forced the NFL to charge a hefty fine on his conduct.

Earlier in the match, the duo of Dak Prescott and CeeDee Lamb was too hot to handle for the Patriots. Prescott in particular put up a virtuoso performance as he put up a season-high 445 yards and three touchdowns while completing better than 70% of his passes against the Patriots.

CeeDee Lamb, on the other hand, had a historic performance. It was Lamb’s second 100-yard outing in as many games this season. He also etched his name in the record books, just as he did last season as a rookie. In his first 22 games with the team, Lamb equaled Herschel Walker’s team record of 100 catches. In addition, his 1,432 yards in the first 22 games are the most by any player in Cowboys history.

CeeDee Lamb fined $10,300 by NFL for unsportsmanlike conduct

The match between the Cowboys and the Patriots went into overtime and required special magic from someone to break the deadlock. Thankfully, Dak Prescott decided to be the magician that day as he assisted CeeDee Lamb to grab the decisive points against New England Patriots.

Prescott hit Lamb for an insane 35 yard touchdown which helped the Cowboys grab the late winner against the miserable Patriots. After Lamb scored the winner and was in the end zone, Lamb jumped up and waved goodbye in Patriots player Jalen Mills’ face. The NFL counted this conduct as unsportsmanlike and thus fined Lamb $10,300.
