He himself has expressed his desire to stay with the Cowboys for the long term. However, his life before coming into the league wasn’t the same.

Recently, Micah tweeted out how he had only two options in his life growing up and how his perspective has changed since then.
Micah said, “Sitting back and reflecting you know growing up I saw I had two choices either football or drug dealing! But it’s just so sad we don’t educate or show kids that there is more than two options in life to become someone or something!”

As seen by the tweet above, Micah Parsons is en route to becoming a better leader each day. It is a good sign for the Dallas Cowboys, as they are likely to have Parsons playing for them for a long time.
Parsons holds the Dallas defense together, and in just one year, he has become irreplicable for the Cowboys. He will look to contribute more in the upcoming season as the Cowboys will look to make a run toward the Super Bowl.
