The Dallas Cowboys made decent progress last season. Their roster showed glimpses of greatness. Dak Prescott was finally healthy and had a good season. However, he came up short in big games, and that was a big argument against him.
The San Francisco 49ers came out victorious against the Cowboys in the NFC Wildcard Game last season. The end of the game was absurd, as the Cowboys were unable to manage the time clock. It left their fans disappointed. However, Cowboys QB Dak Prescott recently provided a positive update about his health for next season.

Dak Prescott claimed that he is entering the next season in the best possible shape of his career. He said, “A couple of weeks out and I’m in the best shape that I’ve ever been in. So, it’s time to ramp it up and get going.”
Prescott has suffered from injuries over the past few years. As a result, he was unable to contribute to his team. The Cowboys’ QB1 spent the entirety of this offseason healthy. It certainly will help him in the upcoming season, and hopefully, he’ll play the best football of his career.

The Dallas Cowboys’ starting quarterback has been taking care of his health pretty seriously in the offseason. He knows the franchise paid him well, and he has to show the world why the franchise has so much trust in him. Prescott revealed that he hired a personal trainer during the offseason.

Dak said, “I got a PT in the offseason – someone I’ve worked with throughout the last year…We work on these movements and stretches. I feel like, since the injury, I’ve trained more functional than I ever have…”
