Dallas Cowboys are one of the stronger sides in this year’s NFL. They have had some good trades and brought on board a strong side. However, now that the competition is well into Week 1, there’s some concerning news coming out of the Cowboys’ camp. Reportedly, as many as three of their players are nursing injuries. The shocking news comes out as the team locks horns with the New York Giants.

Dallas Cowboys have problems of plenty to address hours before their opening game. NFL 2023 was looking to be the team’s best shot at winning the SB trophy. However, injuries to offensive tackle Tyler Smith and defensive players Sam Williams and Donovan Wilson. Smith suffered a hamstring injury last Monday. The OT made it to Friday’s practice session.
Moving on, Sam Williams is having a small niggle with his toe. Though his status is deemed as “questionable”. There are optimistic signs that the DE should take the field against the Giants. The major concern is the fitness of safety Donovan Wilson. He is currently dealing with an injured calf that he picked up in late July. However, he was given a 4-6 weeks timeframe for a comeback. The comeback seems rather doubtful as the team prepares for replacements. Cowboys would look to seize on every opportunity this season.
