For Philadelphia Eagles, the new season is building up to be a promising one. After signing a contract extension with their QB Jalen Hurts, they have gone on to sign one of the most physically gifted players in the 2023 NFL draft. The Eagles have drafted DT Jalen Carter as the No 9 overall pick. Standing at 6-3, 310 pounds, the arrival of Carter means bolstering an already impressive Eagles’ defensive line.
But one person not really excited about the draft is Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons, who now will face Carter as a rival in the league.

A new beginning for the Eagles in the NFL
Jalen Cater’s draft prospect took a hit when he was involved in a fatal car crash that led to the death of his former teammate and offensive lineman. But the Eagles did not seem interested in that aspect of Carter’s life. Rather, they were focusing on the talent he possesses as a football player and how they could utilize that talent on the field. Carter will now join former teammate and DL Jordan Davis and LB Nakobe Dean at the defensive line, as they will look forward to providing a balance to the powerful offensive arsenal that the team possesses.

With Carter now in the mix for the Eagles in the upcoming season, and Jalen Hurts leading the offense, one can imagine how scary the team will look as they will hopefully march towards another Super Bowl final. Maybe a Super Bowl championship is in the making this time? Only time will tell how it all plays out for the franchise in the coming days ahead.
