The Dallas Cowboys have been mostly quiet during the offseason. However, it doesn’t mean that they won’t make any news-making splash. However, this involves Jerry Jones in an unfortunate incident. Following a minor vehicle collision on Wednesday, the Cowboys’ president and general manager has been momentarily admitted to a Medical Facility in Dallas.

Jerry Jones, 79 years old, has continued to be a major contributor to the Cowboys’ summer maneuverings. Most recently, he nearly showed the franchise’s big board ahead of the 2022 NFL draft to the media personnel. He is the squad’s GM and president, while his son Stephen Jones is the team’s COO, EVP, and head of player personnel; besides being the team’s owner.
According to WFAA, President Jones was involved in a collision around Dallas’ Uptown Neighborhood, the Wolf and Harry Hines Boulevard before 8:10 p.m. CT, as per Dallas police and Dallas Fire-Rescue. Jones reportedly suffered minor injuries and was transported to the local emergency room by emergency responders.

Jones’s son, Stephen Jones, the Cowboys’ chief operations officer and executive vice president, states that his father was OK and that he is back home securely and comfortably. According to the younger Jones, “He is all good.”
Sources say Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has been released from the hospital & is home resting comfortably.
Jones was checked into Parkland hospital tonight after a minor accident, but that was done at the insistence of police, per sources.

The emergency personnel took Jones to Parkland Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to reports. There’s no sign of whether anyone else got hurt or if the Cowboys President/GM was steering the wheels. The crash involves two cars, according to authorities, but they didn’t reveal any additional details.

Billionaire Jerry Jones often uses his chopper to get from his house in Dallas to the team’s training venue in Frisco or AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. So it was anyways a little odd seemingly that he had taken the car.

As of now, Jones seems to be healthy. Last weekend, he was there with the team for the draft, where the Cowboys drafted 9 players. Regardless of his seniority, Jones has remained a fractious but optimistic personality. Jones also held a party at the squad’s training complex in Frisco, Texas.
