Colin Kaepernick is a media sensation in recent media history. He turned from a dual-threat QB to a public activist at the prime of his NFL career. As a child, Colin Kaepernick grew up as a Green Bay Packers fan. It doesn’t come as a surprise, as Kap was born in 1987 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. According to NFL Therapy, Kaepernick wrote a personal statement to his future self in 4th grade, telling, “I hope to go to a good college… Then go to the pros and play on the Niners and the Packers even if they aren’t good in seven years.” Even though Green Bay stands on his list, he achieved one part of his dream with his run in the 49ers.

NFL Therapy also mentions that Colin grew up as an admirer of Brett Favre. Although, as per a transcript, he didn’t get any such moment to meet the legendary QB. However, he admired his games, calling them fantastic. Favre’s gameplay enthralled Kap. He looked to have a good time while playing. One could tell he was passionate about the sport, which Colin absolutely lauded.

Colin Kaepernick shined against Green Bay Packers

The Green Bay Packers and the San Francisco 49ers have long been bitter rivals. Both are two of the league’s most reputed franchises. Colin Kaepernick has a lot of experience playing against Green Bay. He has only lost one game in all of his starts, including the playoffs, with a record of 3-1. Despite Aaron Rodgers being one of the game’s all-time greats, he could not touch the record of Colin Kaepernick.

Colin’s NFL stint came to an abrupt ending. But, fans will consider him as the behemoth who mauled the Packers in multiple face-offs. Although Rodgers is a Multi-time MVP and a sure-shot future Hall of Famer, the past suggests he doesn’t stand a chance against Colin Kaepernick.
