Kevin Stefanski’s tenure with the Cleveland Browns started on a sour note with a humbling 6-38 loss at the hands of the Lamar Jackson-led Baltimore Ravens.
However, they’ve gone on to win the next four games on the trot. Star quarterback Baker Mayfield and Odell Beckham Jr., Myles Garrett, Jarvis Landry, Nick Chubb, and Kareem Hunt were all impressive over the last month.
However, Mayfield and Beckham are listed as ‘questionable’ for Sunday’s crucial clash against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Baker is dealing with a chest injury while OBJ is down with an unspecified ‘illness’.

Cleveland Browns’ Head Coach, Kevin Stefanski, addressed the media in a recent interview. The first-year frontman spoke about the recent COVID-19 scare across various NFL teams, including his own.
Star quarterback, Baker Mayfield, was dealing with a chest injury over the past week. But Stefanski added that Mayfield could still start on Sunday against the Steelers.
“With Baker, I think he is trending in the right direction, but we have to make sure that we are safe with this as this goes and use all these hours for treatment and see how he responds.
“With Odell, he is still out of the building. Another negative test tomorrow, he is back in the building, and we will work through all the travel protocols. Like you mentioned, I think we are going to think through all options.
“He was out here Wednesday and got some good work in Wednesday. He has been in meetings virtually. (Pass game coordinator/wide receivers) Coach (Chad) O’Shea is going to spend extra time with him in those meetings.
“If all goes according to plan for tomorrow, you spend even more time and you spend even more walkthrough time. I think there is enough time to catch him up, barring his health,” Stefanski told the media.
Could Case Keenum make a surprise appearance on Sunday?

Coach Stefanski already has a ‘Plan-B’ to go with, in the worst-case scenario that Mayfield is unfit to start on the weekend, backup quarterback, Case Keenum, is more than ready to chip in declared the Browns coach.
“I think you know I am going to go with this one – I will not speculate if the game was today; it is on Sunday. Case does a great job as a backup, provides great support in that meeting room and does whatever is asked of him out there on the practice field. He plays a big role every week for us,” Stefanski added.
