Back in 2017, during his time with the Seattle Seahawks, he began focusing on his physique by adopting a rigorous calorie-conscious regimen.

Under the guidance of renowned nutritionist Philip Goglia, who has worked with notable NBA stars and actor Chris Pratt, Wilson embarked on a transformation journey. Despite weighing over 225 pounds, Wilson aimed to become leaner, stronger, and more agile.

Goglia, in his explanation to a reporter in 2017, detailed the rationale behind increasing Wilson’s daily calorie intake from 2,700 to 4,800, despite the goal of shedding pounds. Wilson likely took his previous diet regimen into serious consideration, ultimately leading to a satisfying outcome. In addition to his adjusted diet, Wilson’s recent peculiar slipping practice gained attention and may have contributed to his weight loss.
