The Green Bay Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers had a very eventful 2021. Starting from his engagement with ex-fiancee Shailene Woodley, to the skirmishes between him and his franchise. Not to mention his regular-season drama for his vaccine status to several debates on the ongoing protocols of the league.
Now that the season is over, Rodgers is building suspense over his future plans with the Packers. Although he mentioned he would announce his plans soon, but it’s close to free agency, and Rodgers is yet to reveal his plans. Now that he is delaying the process, many taunt the 38-year-old as an attention seeker.

Charles Barkley calls Aaron Rodgers a ‘pretty girl’ who seeks attention
One of those who have brutally taunted the Green Bay star is the NBA legend, Charles Barkley. Barkley during an appearance with Waddle & Silvy on ESPN 1000 Podcast, took a massive shot at Aaron Rodgers, comparing him to a “pretty girl”.
“I think he’s the pretty girl that you gotta tell her she’s pretty every day. I’m starting to think that.” Barkley said. Was it a cheap shot taken by the basketball legend, or did it hold a certain degree of truth?
Rodgers before, Super Bowl LVI in The Pat McAfee Show revealed that he would come at McAfee’s show to announce his plans. However, in his following appearances in the show, he has only built more suspense rather than quench the curiosity of his fans.

Rodgers recently won his fourth MVP award and was very much happy and grateful towards the Green Bay front office. The same front office he was in dispute with, a few months ago. Although it is rumored that Rodgers is happy with the Packers now and will explore options to stay at Green Bay. But how credible those rumors are will be seen within a few days.
Rodgers’ decision affects other players too. And because of it, the Packers are doing their best to retain Rodgers, along with his prime weapon Davante Adams. It will be a blunder to the Packers if Rodgers opts out of the franchise after a pretty intense build-up. The Packers also gambled to reunite the quarterback with his former quarterback coach, Tom Clements.
