Tom Brady opens up about dealing with mental pressure while staying at the top of the game
During his podcast, host Jim Gray asked Brady about dealing with mental pressure while being successful and the 45-year-old quarterback said, “You work hard to get it right, that’s the point… You can think about the outcome and I try to think about the process, so. It feels terrible losing, as fans it feels terrible, as players it feels terrible, as coaches it feels terrible.”
“So, what do you do? Do you just do the same thing and show up to the game the same way? No, you just focus on the process of improvement,” Brady further said.
Speaking about having a terrible season so far with the Bucs, Brady said, “We got to commit to one another more, got to play harder, got to play faster, got to play stronger, more determined, better execution and all the things… we’re going to keep fighting as hard as we can and there’s no quit in our group and there will never be a quit as long as I’m part of any team, I know that for sure.“

Can Brady and the Bucs turn it around?
Despite losing four games this season, the Bucs are still on the top of the NFC South division. Certainly, they have every chance to qualify for the playoffs. After losing 2 back-t0-back games, they need to start winning games. The Bucs will play the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night, which is a must-win game for them.
Moreover, Brady has to play at his highest level to beat Lamar Jackson and his team. Notably, this Sunday against the Panthers, Brady recorded 0 touchdowns for the first time this season, as the Bucs lost the game by a 3-21 scoreline. Apart from that, Brady threw 1942 yards so far this season with 8 touchdowns. If Brady can find his form, along with their offensive line, the Bucs will certainly pose a massive threat to other teams in their division.
