Miller, outside linebacker for the Buffalo Bills, joined Brandon Marshall, Adam Pacman Jones, and Ashley Nicole Moss to discuss the significance of taking care of one’s body in professional sports in a recent episode of the ‘I Am Athlete’ show. Miller talked about how he invests over $500,000 a year in his body through recovery and nutrition. That figure speaks volumes about the importance he places on taking care of himself.
He emphasized the need for young players to understand the value of investing in themselves, both physically and mentally. He spoke of how young players in the league ask him for advice on taking care of their bodies.
