It makes no difference if Tyreek Hill is now on the Miami coast. He will always be Kansas City’s star. The former Chiefs’ WR returned to his old haunts for a worthy cause. Hill was in town for a training camp, where a kid annihilates the NFL’s Fastest Runner with a ridiculously dominant route run against a wide receiver.

Tyreek Hill was part of a roller coaster offseason in 2022. The Chiefs had no option but to go for a trade after both parties failed to enter an agreement. Hill got recognition from various franchises who asked about bringing him in. Eventually, the Dolphins gave him a 4-year extension and made Hill the NFL’s top-paid receiver.

 

Tyreek Hill recently went back to Columbia, Missouri, on Sunday. He came down to host his annual youth football camp. It is the first year Hill has hosted this event as a Dolphin after getting traded in March. They held the event at Cosmo Park in Columbia and welcomed a few hundred kids and their parents. Local coaches ran football drills and got to work with Tyreek to make the camp possible.

Cheetah shares a video of a moment during the camp in Columbia. The clip showcases the camp’s ending moments, which features him and a kid in a white t-shirt. The young athlete outshines one of the NFL’s fastest speedsters with his route-running capabilities. Every young athlete then came out in glee to hail the youngster.

WR Hill took photographs with each camp attendee and even worked with a few one-on-one at some fun pace, snagging, and pursuit training exercises.

Tyreek Hill says it’s painful to lose Missouri

Tyreek Hill had nothing but respect for his old franchise and stomping grounds when he spoke to the media for the first time as a Dolphin. The WR’s departure from Kansas City was harsh, but money speaks for itself. Hill would not get the money he wanted in his new agreement with the Chiefs. But when he saw the Dolphins’ contract offer, he went from upset to ecstatic.

Hill grinned as he said this, “It’s tough. It’s tough, man. But somebody comes to you with a lot of money? It changes. Your feelings start to change a little bit.” One has to appreciate Cheetah and his honesty. He did what was best for him, his family, and the business.
