Cam Newton has always been somewhat of an eccentric. In the past, Newton has showcased exemplary skills as a player. However, due to some unfortunate circumstances that involved injuries, Newton has not been able to break back into the NFL. To make matters worse, Newton has alleged some interesting reasons for not receiving offers to play. He has mentioned that he is being ostracized from the league due to his hair. However, Newton did recently receive an offer to play. And, it came from an equally bizarre place.

Newton received an offer to play from none other than Antonio Brown. AB has gone on to give Newton an offer to play for his team, the Albany Empire. Interestingly, Brown’s team as well as its current controversies are an eccentric affair on its own.
