Among many clueless and angry people on the earth, there must be quite a lot. One of the more prominent faction in the case of sports will be the Denver Broncos fans. The group started the year with a lot of renewed hope. After making a blockbuster move for NFL superstar, Russell Wilson. The team had great expectations going into the season. Even with the Las Vegas Raiders stumbling across the season, Broncos had the worst record in their division. This was truly a show of underperformance. Under Wilson, the offense ranked bottom with the lowest points per game (16.9) metric. HC Nathaniel Hackett found his tenure with the team cut short even before the season concluded.

To cause further complications to their future, the management handed Russ a 5-year $242 million deal right after acquiring him. The numbers associated with his contract will make it near impossible for the team to move on from the QB after 1 season. This leaves them with only one choice, which is to help the 34-year-old succeed with his new team.

So the works have already begun in order to prepare for a better year this upcoming season. That is exactly what Wilson is doing. The Super Bowl champion shared a post on Twitter. The post was a short video of season highlights and a notice to the fans. He captioned the post, “Team W. Next season’s work begins now.

Following his tweet, a swarm of fed-up Broncos fans came to the fray. Apparently, the NFL world still can’t get over the disastrous season that they witnessed. Hence, the post failed to extract or induce any excitement. Instead, it became subject to a plethora of jokes thrown at the QB.

This fan is still waiting to see the work put in for this season after the fans were left desiring more.

The ‘let’s ride’ quip has backfired on the team.

Another fan accused that the 43-second video was really all the highlight-worthy clips from Russell Wilson all season long.
