Aaron Rodgers knows exactly how to keep the NFL world on its toes. Over the last few seasons, the layers beneath the QB’s exterior revealed a very different personality compared to what is generally assumed of athletes. However, recently, Rodgers talked about his state of mind and mentioned some things which are not usual, coming from athletes.
The Green Bay Packers season came to a disappointing end. The QB now has a lot of time on his hands. So, what does the future have in store for A-Rod?

Rodgers’ weekly feature in ‘The Pat McAfee Show’ has become a fan favorite. But after a rare week off from the show, Rodgers was back to, hopefully, spill the beans on his important meetings with the Packers. Going by the stereotype, crystals and psychedelic teas are not something to expect to hear from an athlete at the highest level.
But Rogers is as far as one can be from the stereotypical ‘athlete’. While talking about his future, Rodgers was his usual coy self. He said, “Well there won’t be another sitting and ceremony before the decision, I can tell you that.” He added, “Perhaps after“. The QB spoke with reference to taking part in another Ayahuasca ceremony (A ritual which involves the consumption of psychedelic tea). From this, we can infer that the QB will follow up his decision about the future with another ceremony. But for now, it’ll be kept on the back burner because he has important decisions to make. So what does it mean for fans?

Rodgers is back to being his usual coy self
Looks like the NFL world will have to wait on what A-Rod decides. Whether he chooses to continue at Green Bay, go to another team, or retire, will come to light only when the QB wills it. Rodgers is an open book about his spiritual life. But when it comes to his future, the QB is as dodgy and tight-lipped as can be.
Another veteran, Tom Brady, may also be on the lookout for a job. But it seems like being forthcoming is not the primary forte of Super Bowl-winning veterans. For now, fans will have to sit tight and enjoy what looks like an exciting postseason.
