“Broke My Heart”: Travis Kelce’s Ex-Girlfriend Once Revealed How Emotionally Vulnerable She Was When She First Dated Him

On the professional front, Travis Kelce has been killing it. He recently won his second Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs. The tight end also just had a very successful appearance on SNL that caught the eye of a lot of fans. However, Kelce seems like he is on a hiatus in the relationship department. Since his breakup with his ex-girlfriend, Kelce has seemingly avoided relationship trouble. Furthermore, his ex-girlfriend has stayed away from relationships as well. This might be because of how emotionally taxing her relationship with Kelce was.

Kelce’s ex-girlfriend, Kayla Nicole, took to YouTube to talk about how even just the start of her relationship with Kelce made her emotionally vulnerable. The YouTube star took to the Relationsh*t podcast to talk about how their relationship had affected her in the public eye.

While on the podcast, Kayla spoke about her relationship with Kelce. She went on to hint that dating Kelce might have added more stress to her personal life. Furthermore, she went on to explain how it made her emotionally vulnerable. Nicole explained that she had faced some flak from people for dating Kelce, particularly because he’s a white man. She mentioned that she got some comments from people about her choices in her dating life.

Furthermore, on the Relationsh*t podcast on YouTube, she went on to say, “I could never comprehend it, it broke my heart so much especially because I was always the girl that would stand up for black men.” Nicole explained that she faced flak when she publicly voiced her support for people of the Black community.  The host, Kamie Crawford, was also quite distressed by the kind of flak she faced.

However, the podcast also revealed information about how she and Kelce first started dating. The YouTuber revealed the interesting story behind her and Kelce’s first conversation and how it involved advice from a close friend.

The interesting start of the relationship between Kayla and Kelce

While she faced a lot of flak for dating him, Kayla could not have anticipated the hate she got. While on the podcast, she spoke about how she set aside her pride when she reached out to him. The renowned model revealed that she was the first one to reach out to Kelce after she noticed him looking at her Instagram stories.

She also mentioned that this decision of hers was influenced by her friend. Supposedly, her friend had gone on to suggest that she DM him and start a conversation with him. The rest, as they say, is history.

While their relationship ended, it seems like Kayla herself faced a lot of flak for even being in the relationship. Furthermore, she only revealed this months after her breakup with Kelce. Therefore, it only remains to be seen what more details about their relationship will be revealed.
