Brittany Mahomes had the scare of her lifetime recently. Patrick Mahomes‘ beloved partner is a familiar face among NFL buffs, known to offer glimpses into her family and peeks into the $450 Million worth of the Super Bowl champion’s life off -the gridiron, especially during the offseason. As the proud mama she is, Brittany also generously treats her followers to the precious moments of her two little children, and she recently shared an update about two-year-old Sterling’s milestone.

However, a recent update on her Instagram shared a moment that has her heart pounding for a solid thirty minutes. Brittany recounts it as one of the scariest moments of her lifetime, a stark contrast from her usually cheerful updates.

A big scare for Brittany

Brittany shared an incident revolving around her seven-month-old son Bronze, who really sent the mama’s heart racing. In an Instagram story, Mahomes revealed Bronze was taken to the emergency room due to complications from an unknown food allergy.

“We took a very scary and frantic trip to the ER yesterday after finding out this guy is highly highly allergic to peanuts. The scariest 30 min of my life”, she captioned alongside Bronze’s pic.

Thankfully the little one is doing fine now and Brittany posted another heartwarming snap of Bronze seen comfortably nuzzled against his mama. “Another tooth coming in so he needed some extra snuggles tonight 🥺”, the accompanied caption read.

An unexpected blessing

The youngest one in the Mahomes household, Bronze was not exactly planned by the couple. Brittany once coyly admitted during one of the Instagram Q&A sessions, that the baby was an unexpected blessing conceived on their dreamy Hawaiian wedding last year. After becoming parents to their eldest, Sterling Skye Mahomes, in 2021, the couple did not anticipate a child until two years. However, life had different plans for the pair with the little one making his entry, turning their big day even more special.

The little bronze also scared a bit there during his grand entrance. Brittany shared in the same Q&A session, how she had a speedy labor of seven minutes with Bronze. but he came out with the umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. However, it was nothing that complicated leaving the little one happy and healthy in the parents’ arms.

Baby Bronze is as much an adored one among the league fans now, as he continues to win the hearts blessed to witness his growth thanks to Brittany.
