The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had one of the most underwhelming seasons with Tom Brady at the helm. The NFL GOAT failed to maintain the magic and rule the postseason. After their season ended with an embarrassment, the Pewter Pirates are walking through some shakeups in the mentoring division. In another decision, the Bucs fired assistant defensive line coach Lori Locust, and that did not sit well with the NFL world.
This year was indelibly complex for Tom Brady, who missed his chance to win the Super Bowl to the Dallas Cowboys. The upset has put the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in a position to make amends. The franchise began with roster alterations, which took off with the coaching department.

In an unfortunate turn of events, Ian Rapoport reported that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are parting ways with assistant DL Lori Locust. She is the NFL‘s first female coach serving on the defensive end and has remained with the franchise since 2019.
