Well, about a year ago, WWE superstar John Cena voiced his opinion on the matter. He tried to settle the Brady-Belichick debate forever. Cena cleverly did not take the side of the two but praised Brady after he was able to win his 7th Super Bowl title in 2021.
John Cena said, “We’ll never be able to settle it. You can’t look past the wisdom of both Bill Belichick and Tom Brady. Now, with Bill Belichick’s wisdom with a group of folks that have accrued a similar amount of wisdom, I think the system will work. I just think he’s had to go through such a talent shift that it’s difficult to bestow his wisdom and applicable knowledge on people who are just trying to acclimate to the style, whereas when Brady was involved in the system, it was like clockwork.”
WWE superstar said this is a never-ending debate. Bill Belichick will need some time to work with the new Patriot players, and his playing strategies will work in future games.
Also, the team had seen a major shift as Brady departed from the New England Patriots. Moreover, Tom Brady was well aware of coach Belichick’s style as he had played for the Patriots for 20-long-years.

Whereas Cena also says that the wisdom Tom Brady has on the field cannot be taught by a coach. Instead, one has to put in 10,000 hours of practice to get that right. He further went on to say, “So I can’t settle the debate, I just think right now, Tom Brady’s applicable wisdom is more valuable than Bill Belichick’s.”
