Boston Hero For Seventeen Years Tom Brady Was Renting $20 Million Florida Home From Boston Villain Derek Jeter

Recently the Tampa Bay Buccaneers superstar quarterback Tom Brady and his wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen purchased some property. The couple bought a five-bedroom, five-bathroom home on a private island in Florida. Their new home is on an island known as ‘Billionaire Bunker.’

The island already has a $17 million worth house on the property. The couple plans to demolish the house and build a new one from scratch on the two-acre plot. Currently, they are renting Derek Jeter’s sprawling Jetersville mansion in Tampa. Brady and Bündchen want to build their dream home in their vision. They want an environmentally-friendly custom-built home.

Gisele Bündchen is a Global Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Programme. Looking at all the environmental problems, she wants to build a home that utilizes all the natural resources available. The supermodel wants a custom-built house with sustainable materials and solar panels. The $17 million house already existing on the Billionaire Bunker is nice, but she wants to make one in her own vision.

This is the reason why Tom Brady and his wife want to completely demolish the existing house on the island and make a new one. Miami’s High-Security Billionaire Bunker is also known as the Indian Creek Island. It is located in the gorgeous Biscayne Bay area. The island has 41 waterfront properties, all facing outwards. It has earned the nickname Billionaire Bunker for a reason. 

The property might be helpful for Tom Brady in his future golf endeavors because it has a private 18-hole golf course with an exclusive country club. It also has docks made of teak wood for big yachts. One of the unique parts of the island is that it has its own police force available 24/7. It is one of the most secure places in the U.S. The average price of a luxury house on the island is $20 million.

Brady and Bündchen will have a vibrant catalog of neighbors. They will live next door to the Trump family. Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner also live on the island. The supermodel Adriana Lima lives nearby as well. 

Unless Brady and Bündchen’s new home is completed, they will be living on rent. They will live in a mansion in Tampa Bay owned by former New York Yankees’ Derek Jeter.
