On Wednesday and Saturday, Rodgers engages in intense sessions of Total Body Resistance Exercise, including exercises for his abs. On these occasions, he engages in 11 types of exercises, to complete 30 different exercises in a week. These workouts likely contribute to maintaining his powerful throwing arm and also keeping the peak physique similar to actor cum bodybuilder legend, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Additionally, even the most dedicated quarterbacks need a cheat day. For Rodgers, that day falls on Sunday, when he takes a complete break from working out to restore his energy, enjoying select foods.
