As the off-season is finally settling in, questions about the Green Bay Packers Aaron Rodgers‘ future are still a mystery. The buzz about the future hall of famer not returning to the Packers for another season is reportedly growing.

Although Derek Carr took a visit to the organization this weekend, Rodgers remains a top priority for the New York Jets. How well will the East division players cope with the possible trade of Rodgers?

In the latest episode of Kyle Brandt’s Basement, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen was seen being questioned about his take on the possible move of Aaron Rodgers to the New York Jets. Allen took up the question with a smile, along with giving his honest admission about Rodgers shifting to the East Division. He said, “We’ve got to figure some stuff out. But if he joins, that’s another good QB we’ve got in the division. We have got to play them well.”

“It doesn’t really matter who’s the QB for them right now, for my sake. Because their defense is playing on such a high level right now and I have to focus on what they are doing on the defense,” he added.

With 39 years old Aaron Rodgers, he is still deciding if he will be returning to play for a 19th season with the Packers. He will supposedly be taking his final decision after completing and returning back from his four-day darkness retreat. After another fruitful season with the Green Bay Packers, in which he threw for 39645 yards along with 26 touchdowns and 12 interceptions, his decision is one that is being heavily anticipated by the fans in the NFL world.

Will Aaron Rodgers take off with the Jets?

Furthermore, the rumors are growing even more after the New York Jets are deciding to bring on offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett. Why? It is because Aaron Rodgers won two MVPs in Green Bay along with Hackett – in the same capacity after he was fired as the head coach of the Broncos.

The New York Jets have a heavy firepower offensive arsenal. There is a possibility of Garrett Wilson and Elijah Moore becoming a power-packed duo. But it will all depend on the right quarterback to fit the pieces perfectly like a jigsaw puzzle. The Jets must feel like they only are a quarterback away from being an invincible contender. They already boast a top-five defense, and the perfect piece to the puzzle lies in who will fit the quarterback position. Will we be seeing Aaron Rodgers be that piece of the puzzle? I guess only time will tell us of the possible outcomes.
