The Patriots’ head coach Bill Belichick is often known for his private and menacing demeanor, but the other side of a grumpy Belichick comes out when he spends time with his long-time girlfriend, Linda Holliday. While the coach is busy with his professional duties, Holliday welcomed Christmas in a unique way, along with her two huskies, Nike and Lola.

Ever since the Eight-time Super Bowl-winning coach Bill Belichick associated with the former Pageant in 2007, they happened to catch headlines on various occasions. The recent ones came after Holliday shared some Christmas preparation pics on social media.
Interestingly, she had two of her cute dogs, Nike and Lola, accompany her draping the fancy Santa attires. It took no time for this spread, with fans showering love on the preparations.
“Dogs are an absolute gift,” said one of the users. Meanwhile, others loved those adorable pics alongside the huskies. “AKK’s are the best”, “Cute girls & husky”, “So beautiful” were some of the other generic comments that flooded the chat section.
Although life looks good for Holiday, her boyfriend Belichick is struggling to maintain the brand value of the Patriots. The recent loss against the low-scoring Raiders made all the difference in hampering their progress for the AFC playoffs berth.
“All losses are tough,” Belichick said following Sunday’s last-second 30-24 defeat against the Raiders. “You put a lot into the game and it doesn’t turn out well. It’s always disappointing. As always, we’ll work to correct our mistakes and move on. That’s what we need to do.” he added.
Bill Belichick refused to comment on the last-minute debacle
The Patriots were nearing registering an 8-6 record by the end of the final whistle. However, the fourth quarter’s carelessness made all the difference. With only 32 seconds left on the clock, Carr launched a 30-yard bullet toward Keelan Cole in the end zone. Although it turned out to be a controversial decision, the play helped the Raiders tie with 24 points on the scoreboard.

Meanwhile, fans were expecting the game to progress toward overtime. Jakobi Meyers’ last-second lateral got intercepted by Chandler Jones, who secured a game-winning touchdown. While speaking on The Greg Hill show, Belichick refused to analyze the situation deeply; however, acknowledged the mistake. “We obviously need to play better situational football,” he said, per Boston.com.

“Obviously the play didn’t turn out anywhere close to the way we wanted to it, so I’ll just leave it at that,” he added. The Patriots will next meet Joe Burrow and Co. trying their best to come out victorious in the remaining games of the season.
