Statistically, the Packers outperformed their opponents going deep into the regular season. Although it was a slow encounter, Rodgers came out victorious in Week 3. Well, he has nothing to prove, but each and every game of the season is essential for the team to register their ticket for the playoffs. The New England Patriots will be next for the Packers, but what did Belichick have to say about Rodgers and his performance against the Patriots’ former QB Tom Brady?
While speaking on a recent show, Belichick was asked what makes the passer so effective on the field.
“Pretty much everything. He’s very smart. A very good athlete. He’s got very good quickness and the ability to avoid and escape guys in the pocket to extend plays.” he said on the show.
“Glad he’s in the NFC, and we haven’t had to face him more because he’s always been a problem. And looks like he’s playing extremely well again as he always does. It’ll be a big challenge for us defensively this week.” Belichick added to his explanation.

“The guys went in there, they fought hard. We just, too many mistakes. Even if I don’t know I looked at me, we had a chance to make a lot of plays, and we didn’t.” Brady said. He will face Patrick Mahomes on the field next week. An equally important game, just like Week 3. Who are you rooting for?
