If I don’t make that decisions, I have to be there to make a play on the ball. If I do choose to make that decision, I’m betting on myself that I;m going to make that play nine times our of 10.”

“I can run routes too. I’m running the routes as a DB like a receiver, so when the breakdown I know when to breakdown and things like that. I watch Deion Sanders every day. I watch Patrick Peterson every day. I’m trying to get my game like theirs,” Diggs told Dallas Morning News.

In addition to that, here’s what Diggs said about his teammate CeeDee Lamb who was drafted in the first round this year.

“I feel like he is [as] good or better than the receivers we had [at Alabama]. All of them are really good, but CeeDee is really, really, good. If he was at my school it would have been crazy. It would have been fun because we would have had all these good receivers at my school. But he is really good. His speed, his quickness, his hands, his routes — everything.

He is a good receiver and I see it. I didn’t get to face a lot of good receivers when I was in college. I faced them in practice. Was always getting work in at practice. I wish I would have played him when he was at Oklahoma and they played [us] but I was injured. But him being here now, I can see all the time, he is a really good receiver,” Diggs said.
