For all those who think that Tom Brady and Patrick Mahomes were the only stars of Sunday Night Football, they are mistaken. The Chiefs’ head coach, Andy Reid, stole the show at the halftime of Week 4 while the Buccaneers and the Chiefs were piling up the touchdowns by the end of the second quarter. The veteran coach starred in a state farm commercial, the advertisement that debuted in Sunday’s game.

It was indeed an unexpected appearance, and guess what? Andy Reid just nailed it. In fact, he was accompanied by his quarterback, Patrick Mahomes, who became the victim of Reid’s antics.
The commercial featured actor Kevin Miles, who happens to be a usual member of such endorsements featured as the agent of the company. Reid was seen asking for a personal price plan, and to prove that he was close to his teammates. Reid was drawing mustaches on his players while they were sleeping.
Miles, who was playing the character of Jake, asked the coach to not get that person to prove his innocence. And that’s when Mahomes arrived, revealing his curly mustache and learning that it was his Reid who made it.
This ad didn’t take much time to get viral, and fans went crazy on social media. They got to know that Reid was much cooler off the field than he appears in the stadium. Moreover, the game went his way, adding more colors to the commercial debut. Reid has been more vocal about his passer and admires his availability for the team.
“To me, he’s pretty good all the time,” Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said after the Chiefs win on Sunday. “We’re lucky to have him. Kansas City is lucky to have him. The National Football League is lucky to have him because he’s a good person and a good football player. “ he added.
Fans go crazy watching Andy Reid in the commercial
While this was the first time for Reid with the State farm, his passer Patrick Mahomes has been a part of such projects several times. The recent one was Mahomes’ 30-second ad with Miles selling their Personal Price plan. While Reid’s one has now become the talk of the town.

Indeed, fans loved the commercial so much.
This legit made me laugh. @StateFarm should give away a pair of tickets to the next @Chiefs home game to two people willing to let Coach Reid draw mustaches on their face. @CaptainOsyrus
