Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady truly has aged like fine wine. Winning his seventh Super Bowl ring with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last season at the age of 43, Brady broke the record for being the oldest quarterback to ever win a ring. The previous holder of the record? Tom Brady.
While Brady’s achievement in itself was a major feat, the news of him playing through the season with an MCL makes it even more remarkable. The quarterback though has now undergone surgery and recently said that he physically feels the best he’s been in a long time.
So returning with the Buccaneers for his second season with the franchise, just how probable is it for Brady to make it Super Bowl ring #8?

During a segment of GMFB, former NFL wide receiver Nate Burleson was asked about how he feels about Brady’s recent comments of feeling better than ever.

And the former wide out had high praise for the quarterback and the dedicated effort he puts into staying in shape.
“He’s Benjamin Brady. He’s aging in reverse, which is ridiculous. But I don’t think it’s by accident. We all know the TB 12 method,” said Burleson.

The TB12 method Burleson is referring to is Tom Brady’s patented fitness regime. The quarterback even wrote a book about the same where he talks in detail about his diet and training plan which has helped him stay in shape.

Some of the things incorporates into his diet involves eating whole foods, lean proteins and a lot of avocado. Yes, you heard that right, Brady’s love for the fruit is such that he even indulges in avocado ice cream.
While that might not be to everyone’s taste, it sure does help in Tom Brady winning Super Bowls well into his 40s.
