Brady released his book called ‘The TB12 Method: How to Achieve a Lifetime of Sustained Peak Performance.’ The guide helps to shed light on the Super Bowl-winning QB’s power-enhancing diet.
Along with TB12’s book, Bündchen came out with her memoir. The name of the book is ‘Lessons: My Path to a Meaningful Life.’ She explains how her diet changed throughout the years. From when she was a budding model to now a supermodel and a veteran.
What do the diets of Tom Brady and Bündchen look like?
Let’s start with Tom Brady. The rules regarding his diet are strict. However, it is nutrient-based and wholefood dense. The diet eliminates food that may cause inflammation. For instance, the QB avoids nightshades veggies. Those are tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, and more.
Also, in the diet, there is no place for white flour, gluten, MSG, GMO, sugar, dairy, corn, soy, coffee, and fungus. They use raw olive oil and coconut oil to cook their foods.
The healthy foods they consume
The similarity between Brady’s and his wife’s diet is that they both lean towards whole grains. Foods like quinoa, millet, and brown rice are consumed.

Raw vegetables, fruits (Tampa Tom only reaches out for bananas), nuts, and healthy snacks like hummus with carrots or celery are their favorite. Even though their diet is plant-based heavy, they do sometimes eat lean meat. Mostly fishes as they are a significant source of protein.

And when the family craves sweet snacks, the model wife prepares sugar and dairy-free ice cream! Gisele Bündchen grows vegetables like squash, zucchini, cucumbers, kale, and arugula. The whole family enjoys eating wholesome and organic food.
