But apart from the athletic world, TB12 made quite a name in the screening industry, whether in TV or films. He has a special connection with the screen and sheds some light on it.

 

In terms of acting, Tom Brady has built a name on the screens for his cameos. He hits up like a natural actor who can pull a Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in the future; Switch from professional sports to acting. But Brady is not over with football mania. He returns this year for his 23rd season.

Tom Brady sits down with Variety and throws some light on his retirement date, producing and acting in films, and his FOX Deal. He also reflects upon his TV watching habits and reveals what he prefers to watch. Interestingly, his choices are unique. He is not the typical ‘Friends’ watching persona.

Brady mentions, “A little bit. I don’t have the time. I watched ‘Ted Lasso’ for the first time, and I loved that. I started ‘Yellowstone.’ Before I had kids, my wife and I would binge-watch a lot of shows.”

Moreover, when asked about his choices, he reveals, “‘24,’ ‘The Shield,’ ‘West Wing.’ It was never ‘Seinfeld’ or ‘Friends’ — I didn’t really watch any of those. We would binge-watch ‘Entourage’.”

All in all, the choices of Tom Brady reveal his unique taste and love for crime drama shoes. Him putting up a bulletproof vest and hunting down villains would look cool too.

Times when Tom Brady laced up his acting sneakers

Tom Brady has the ‘GOAT of the NFL’ title, and that honor got him a horde of presences on TV shows. In the above quote, TB12 and Gisele would binge ‘Entourage,’ a show where the Buccaneers QB made a guest appearance. Surprisingly, Brady’s episode, ‘Fore,’ was written for the Manning brothers. However, they backed out, and Brady came in to save the day.

In The Simpsons, the show mentions Tom Brady several times. However, the QB voiced just one episode. Brady appeared on The Simpsons in the episode ‘Homer and Ned’s Hail Mary Pass,’ where the quarterback and other top athletes went to see Homer Simpson dance. Apart from these shows, Tom also appeared in Family Guy, SNL, and Huang’s World.
