Before Division of $700 Million Assets, Gisele Bündchen Shelled Out $1.3 Million in Secret to Add This Miami Property to Her Booming Real Estate Portfolio

Gisele Bündchen parted ways with NFL great Tom Brady after 13-years of marriage. Fans have been speculating on how the couple will split their huge fortune after the split. Bündchen confirmed that she would be living in Miami after the divorce. And now details are emerging about her new home near the city. She brought it in secret to add it to her booming real estate portfolio before the couple decided to divide their $700 million worth of assets.

And she did it just two weeks before Brady announced his decision to come back to the NFL.

New home for Gisele Bündchen 

Reports suggest that Gisele Bündchen bought a new cottage for herself in a small seaside town near Miami Beach, back in February. This was just two weeks before Tom Brady announced that he is not yet done playing elite football.

The said cottage is worth $1.3 million and is built in Art-Deco style. Bündchen is renovating the three-bedroom house in her own style, although the previous owner had renovated it before selling it to the supermodel. The house is built in an area of 1540 square feet and boasts of hardwood floors and modern kitchen. This house is much smaller when compared to the other properties held by the now ex-couple, but it was bought by Bündchen herself.

Fans have really lost count of how many properties the ex-power couple holds together and separately. They have a Beach Estate in Miami and a holiday home in Costa Rica. Brady and Bündchen also have a home in Tampa. They also own a condo in New York.

Brady and Bündchen’s divorce 

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen decided to split over differences in priorities in life. Bündchen wanted the Tampa Bay Buccaneers star to retire from the NFL and spend more time with the family. Brady announced his retirement from professional football at the end of the 2021 season. But he soon decided that retirement wasn’t for him. The seven-time Super Bowl winner announced his decision to return to the field just over a month later.

This decision proved very costly for the QB, as his wife didn’t approve of it. Bündchen was reportedly not happy with this decision, as she thought Brady was prioritizing his NFL career over his family. In the end, the couple decided to part ways and chart their separate paths in life. Both publicly announced the split through social media statements in late October.

The supermodel will now be based in Miami and may use her new cottage from time to time, apart from the house in the city.
