Odell’s backing was the posture related to hands-on knees instead of hands-on the head. The hands-on knee posture promotes faster heart rate recovery and improved tidal volume. To promote this claim of Odell, he shared a story on Instagram promoting a post that featured a detailed explanation. 

The post shared by Odell stated, “The study found that the “hand on knees” posture resulted in superior heart rate recovery and greater tidal volume (the amount of air inhaled into the lungs with each breath) compared to the “hands on head” posture.Sharing this story, Odell stated, “NO CAP I BEEN TRYNA TELL EM”.
