But while many criticize Brady for his lackluster performance against the Niners, not everyone has left his corner. A noted NFL analyst made a passionate plea to defend Brady against criticism coming from all directions.

NFL analyst defends Tom Brady

Noted NFL analyst Skip Bayless defended Tom Brady after his humiliating defeat against the Niners. He debated Brady’s role in the game with NFL legend Shannon Sharpe, who left no stone unturned to criticize the Buccaneers QB. Answering Sharpe’s question on why Brady remained in the game despite being 35-0 down at a point in the duo’s show ‘UNDISPUTED’, Bayless said it was because he is Tom Brady.

You know why? Because he is Thomas Edward Patrick Brady Jr. And trust me, Kyle Shanahan was still sitting there saying,’ oh oh, we gotta drive a nail through them.’ We’ve gotta stop this. He has done it a thousand times. Come back and come back. He is the comeback king of all times,” Bayless said.

Sharpe wasn’t convinced and pointed out that Brady has got more than 22 points in a game just twice this season. But Brady and his fans would surely love the spirited defense of the QB put up by Bayless.
