Apart from his job as QB, Baker Mayfield is also married to model Emily Wilkinson. After being introduced by mutual friends in 2017, the couple tied the knot in a lavish wedding in 2019 in California. And she’s been the number one supporter of her husband in the NFL. When fans called out Baker Mayfield over his poor performance to the Los Angeles Rams in 2021, Wilkinson defend her husband, who was blamed for the team’s loss. Now, Emily Wilkinson recently shared a light-hearted clip showcasing her wanting more attention from her QB husband.
In an Instagram story posted by the model, we see her going on a road trip with her husband and their pet dog. They seem to take a pitstop at a drive-through, as we see Mayfield getting ready to order some food. Wilkinson calls both her husband and her pet dog, but they both seem to ignore her, as they carry on with their own work. When she tells her husband to pay attention to her, Mayfield looks at her and smiles. She captioned the story, “FAMILY SONIC RUN. AND NO ONE IS GIVING ME ATTENTION🙄”

Is Mayfield the right person to carry forward Brady’s legacy?
The Bucs already have Kyle Trask to play as the QB1. But they also decided to acquire Baker Mayfield from the Rams in March. While the duo will fight and contend for the QB1 job, recent reports suggest that they are performing below expectations. NFL insider Dov Kleiman shared a clip from the Bucs OTAs, where we see both Mayfield and Trask miss their passes made to runners on the field. This makes HC Todd Bowles’s job even more difficult in choosing the right starter for the roster in the upcoming season of the NFL. He has given both of the QBs equal chances to prove themselves worthy of the starting role. But none of them have made an impression for Bowles to make a decision.
