According to the Chemtob Moss Forman & Beyda LLP attorney, Brady’s success in the NFL contributed to his substantial increase in income.

She said, “At the beginning, Gisele was earning more than him, and he kept on winning and his income got more and more substantial and it outgrew hers. And because of the timing, the case will be determined based upon the height of earnings.”

The divorce settlement

Although the financial aspect of a high-profile couple may be important, Bündchen and Brady both emphasized that their children were their top priority. The couple has decided to co-parent their children, Benjamin, aged 12, and Vivian, aged 9.

An excerpt from Bündchen’s statement reads, “My priority has always been and will continue to be my children whom I love with all my heart.” The model also said they will continue to co-parent their children to give them the love, care, and attention they need.

The QB also expressed similar sentiments regarding the matter. He stated that their children will continue to be the center of their world. After months of speculation, Brady’s and Bündchen’s statements finally put an end to the rumors surrounding their tumultuous situation.
