The vacant land he brought back in 2020 now has a mansion surrounded by tall trees. It also features a customized football field, a 3-par golf course, and even a basketball court inside the house.

Allen’s contract with the Bills is no secret. His $258 million extension promises a staggering $150 million promised salary. As the contract still has about half a decade to expire, the star QB already has a mansion in the team’s hometown in Orchard Park. This mansion boasts 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with 3600 sq. feet of living area. However, Allen didn’t stop there. Now, the Bills’ QB has purchased a massive beach house in Dana Point, California, given his roots. Or is it the only reason?

Allen’s newest purchase must have put a huge dent in his wallet, with a whopping $7.2 million price tag. However, his new house is now only 100 miles away from his rumored flame, Hailee Steinfeld. After months of rumors of entanglement with the Hollywood actress, now the 2x Pro Bowl lives in the same state. However, no one could be certain if that is the case. Although it isn’t very clear why he has spent such a huge amount thousands of miles away from Orchard Park, the beach house appears to be absolutely enchanting.

According to an article by Mansion Global, his new house is part of a gated waterfront community and is about 60 miles south of LA Orange County. It is also added that the residence is a ‘light and breezy single-level home’ comparable with the state’s mid-century architecture. The beach house was originally listed with a price tag of $7.5 million. However, the star QB managed to close the deal with a 4% discount. With the deal being closed, Allen now goes head-to-head with Mahomes, with his improved real-estate portfolio.

Although Mahomes has put his mansion in Kansas City on the market for $3 million, he still owns a huge condo in the city. After purchasing it in his drafting days with $350k, the condo is now worth $500k. His new house in Belton is also massive, with a private pond and even a fountain surrounding the golf course. In addition, he also owns another mansion in Texas, in a gated community, right beside a golf course. He spends his offseason with the family in that house, given his Texas roots.

Both Allen and Mahomes have garnered massive contracts in their career through huge contracts. Therefore, it will certainly be interesting to see if they add more properties to their name in the near future.
