The NFL season had high hopes over the Las Vegas Raiders. The franchise had a radical change with a coaching staff update and adding some star athletes to the mix. The Las Vegas Raiders are having one of their most unsuccessful starts. They are now 0-3 since the 2022-23 season began. The Tennessee Titans defeated the Raiders 24-22 on Sunday afternoon in Nashville, dropping them to 0-3 on the campaign. All their setbacks, including those against the Arizona Cardinals and the Los Angeles Chargers, have been competitive.
As per Sports Illustrated, Josh McDaniels mentioned, “This league requires a lot of mental toughness, and nobody likes losing. You know what I mean? I know it should hurt when we lose. We all feel sh*tty. We want to try to do better and put our best foot forward. But the only way to do that is to come back in and work hard at it and try to put together another good week this week and try to go out there and earn a victory on Sunday.”

The Silver and Black have had an implosive season. However, despite the dismal form, the squad will not give up with 14 games left to play.
As per Yahoo! Sports, head coach Josh McDaniels arrived late for his post-game interview after a lengthy and restricted discussion with team boss Mark Davis. It was after the team’s loss on Sunday and is never a positive indicator for a first-year head coach.

He is now the third full-time head coach to start their term 0-3 with the team. Former HCs Jon Gruden and Art Shell had a rough start before McDaniels came to Vegas.
