“Are They Throwing Up the L Sign” Comment Section Becomes a Trashing Party as Image of Aaron Rodgers and TE Robert Tonyan Getting Soaked Gets Circulated

Nothing says pain as much as a cold and rainy day in the Mid West in the first week of November does. Aaron Rodgers and his Green Bay Packers take on The Detroit Lions at the Lions’ home in what could be the first snow game of the season.

Having had a Halloween scare to the Bills, they are looking to bounce back in Detroit. The rain Gods also joined their travel party as the team made its way to Detroit. The Packers’ Instagram admin didn’t waste an opportunity to show fans what traveling in those conditions looked like.

However, it was a chirp party for fans as they called out on Rodgers’ and his tight end’s hand gestures. A dejected fan said, “Are you holding up L’s because that’s what we’re gonna take tomorrow”, as she referred to their poor run. Another fan chimed in as he said, “Are they really flashing the L?”

Some took the opportunity to cheer their team on as they said “Go get it boys” and “Go Pack Go”. Cincinnati Reds’ player also took the opportunity to say “Please win” as he looks for a ray of hope in the rain.

Fans also think the rain will play a huge part in their game’s outcome as they said, “If we lose..Blame it on the rain.. Yeah yeah!” While another fan saw the rain as a blessing in disguise. She said,” Rain symbolizes a fresh start so let’s go get this W”

Sneakerheads also took to this comment party as they got animated about the sneakers they saw on their favorite athletes. Robert Tonyan’s shoes were of most concern. A fan said “J’s in the rain? Smh” Another said “Rain on the cool grey 11s noooooo.”  Another sneakerhead couldn’t believe what he was seeing as he said “Those Jordan 11s getting all wet” which was followed by 9 emojis that pronounced discomfort.

Sunday Night will tell if the Packers were able to drown their sorrows in the rain and start afresh or if the rain was just a sign of their poor run. They take on Detroit in their NFC North clash.
