Antonio Brown shares message from Tom Brady

Antonio Brown shared a screenshot of a message sent to him by his former teammate and NFL legend Tom Brady. In the message, Brady calls out AB for his “behavior,” and says that the former Buccaneers WR has turned selfish.“When I met you, you were humble, willing to learn, and anxious to improve things in your life. In a short period of time, you have done those things and accomplished some great things. And very much on the path to success long term,” Brady said in a part of the message.

He then tells AB that he is disappointed by his behavior over the months preceding the message.

I, for one, am disappointed in many behaviors over the past few months. You have seemed to have lost that humility and that APG,” Brady continued.

Here is the full message.

The interesting fact is that the message is dated May 10, 2021. That was when Antonio Brown was still with the Buccaneers. Hence the question, did Brady notice a changed AB before the world did?

NFL Twitter slams AB

Nobody knows why Antonio Brown decided to share the message on social media. But the NFL world on Twitter is certainly not happy with it. Many fans slammed AB for airing such a caring message from a well-wisher in public.

This fan said AB is mad at Tom Brady because of this reason.

And this fan agrees with Tom Brady.

The timeline doesn’t make sense to this fan.

Brown last played for the Buccaneers against the New York Jets in January 2022. While the game was still on, he removed his uniform, waved at the fans, and went to the locker room. AB did not come back to finish the game. A few days later, the Buccaneers terminated his contract.

After leaving the NFL, AB launched a rapping career for himself. He also works as the President of Kanye West’s Donda Sports agency. Was Brady right to send a message to AB? Above all, was AB right to share such a message in public?
