AB said he refuses to believe he has taken a dig against TB12. “I didn’t think it was a dig. There were a couple of digs. Which one? You are saying that was a dig, but that was a moment in the Super Bowl,” the former Bucs WR explained. As per Brown’s estimation, he did not put any lives in trouble.

According to AB, he is not criticizing Tom Brady, but pointing out the things he observed from being outside the game. Brown made a claim that he can reflect on the game better, as he is away from it.
“In NFL you know you go through so much and you borrow so much, things that happen up and being outside the game, you get a chance, to reflect,” he said. The 34 YO’s exit from the game happened unprecedentedly in January 2022. Brown left the game midway, and it left the Buccaneers team in shock.
