Antonio Brown is currently making history as one of the most controversial players to ever play in the league. When he was an active member of the league, he was arguably one of the best wide receivers with some of the wildest route running. However, his off-the-field shenanigans have only gotten worse. The ex-WR has stooped to so many lows, including slandering his ex-teammate Tom Brady using his ex-wife. Moreover, he has even spoken up about the kind of ill-treatment he faced while he was playing alongside Brady. However, as Brown’s words have gone viral, they were questioned on the Pat McAfee Show.

The Pat McAfee Show had a very unique visitor in Michael Florio. Florio, along with AJ and McAfee, discussed the whole controversy of Brown leaving Brady mid-game and what might have actually gone on behind the scenes of Brown’s infamous exit from the sport.

On ‘The Pat McAfee Show’, there was a discussion that involved talking about AB’s last game and his sudden departure. McAfee and AJ discussed the kind of remarks AB himself had made to justify his departure. They spoke about the issues he claimed to have with the organization.

While talking about Brown’s walk-off, the trio spoke about how Brown claimed to have been going through certain injury difficulties during his time with the Bucs. However, in his version of the story, AB was apparently forced to play by the organization. Furthermore, AB claimed that Tom Brady himself asked him to continue playing. Florio discussed this on the show and went on to question if this was the full story.

He said, “They’re trying to push him to play against the Jets in week 17 of the 2021 season. And he believes he shouldn’t be playing and Brady tells him I’m going to throw you a lot of footballs. That’s when he just eventually snapped and he said look if you all think I’m crazy F all of you and I’m out of here. But I just it makes me think there’s more there that they’re never going to tell us.” Interestingly, as a lot of his stories are being dismantled, Brady is yet to even say a word about this.

Conversely, the trio also spoke about how AB is one of the best WRs to play the game and is a hard worker. Intriguingly, while they spoke about AB’s past, they did not come close to mentioning the current lawsuit that has been filed against AB for his actions as a team owner.

Despite his antics off the field, AB did receive a lot of compliments for the way he played on the field. However, the same cannot be said for his actions as a football team owner. As an owner of the Albany Empire, Brown has faced a lot of flak for his actions. Interestingly, he is even facing legal action for his shenanigans as an owner. He is facing a lawsuit from the employees of the team.

This includes players as well as coaches. Apparently, Brown hasn’t gone on to pay the players and the coaches their final paychecks. Reportedly, they had been rescinded after being credited into their accounts. Moreover, the team itself has been expelled from the league it played in due to Brown’s failure to pay its assessments.

While AB’s actions as a player were forgiven for the way he played, the same cannot be said for his behavior. It only remains to be seen what kind of actions the ex-WR will face.
