Randi Mahomes, the mother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, is known for her positive attitude and her ability to seamlessly navigate tough phases. She is currently facing a difficult situation as her younger son, Jackson Mahomes, is facing felony charges for allegedly forcibly kissing a woman.

However, tackling the tough phase of the preliminary hearing on Jackson’s case, Randi is urging Jackson and her social media fans to observe a rare event that will not appear again until 2037. 

Randi Mahomes urges everyone to catch a rare sight

Randi Mahomes took to her Twitter account to urge her son Jackson Mahomes and her daughter Mia Mahomes to catch the rare sight of a blue moon on August 31. Moreover, the sight of the super blue moon will not appear next till 2037. This move of Randi showcases her strength to navigate seamlessly through adversity by focusing on the positive aspects of life.

Sharing the news with her fans, Randi Mahomes wrote, “My dad called to remind me, so I’m reminding everyone that doesn’t know!!!” Moreover, the picture shared the details surrounding the blue moon that will not be visible until 2037.

However, apart from the blue moon case, Jackson Mahomes’ preliminary hearing was scheduled on Thursday, but due to an unfortunate incident, the hearing got postponed a month later.

Jackson Mahomes’ preliminary hearing

Patrick Mahomes’ son was charged in May with three felony counts of aggravated sexual battery and one misdemeanor count of battery. Mahomes was accused of forcibly kissing a woman named Aspen Vaughn, the owner of Aspen’s restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas. Moreover, the entire incident was captured in a surveillance video which was provided in the court.

As the case progresses, the preliminary hearing was scheduled on Thursday, but the Johnson County District Court Judge Thomas Sutherland informed over a conference on Zoom that he was diagnosed with COVID-19, and will not be cured till Thursday. So, the hearing is postponed until October 24. During the hearing, the prosecution will narrate the case, followed by the statements from the witnesses. However, with time, a new chapter will unfold in Jackson’s life. But one thing is for sure, in the midst of tough times Mahomes family will stand strong with each other, and above everything, like nationwide NFL fans, the Mahomes family is gearing up for the 2023 NFL regular season to kick off.
