Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers sit at the top of the NFC South Division. However, they are only at the .500 mark for the season. And even though playoffs look pretty genuine right now, fans can’t say the same about another Super Bowl for Brady given the current injury-ridden state of the Bucs’ offense. TB12 will become a free agent in 2023 and he has a lot of thinking to do about his future regarding the NFL.

Brady announced his retirement earlier this year and came out of said retirement only 40 days later. This started a tumultuous personal life situation which ended with his divorce from former Victoria’s Secret supermodel Gisele Bündchen. After coming back from this stormy episode, TB12 announced that he intends to carry on playing. However, he made no announcements about his potential destination.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may renew Tom Brady’s contract considering the fact that even at 45, Tampa Tom is driving last-minute comebacks and rescuing his team. Brady also won the Super Bowl for the Buccaneers after almost 20 years of no success. TB12 seems to be improving and his 1-on-1 practice reps are a testimony to that. However, if the Bucs don’t keep Brady, there are a ton of options in the league for the five-time Super Bowl MVP.

Can we expect a Tom Brady – Bill Belichick reunion?

A team-up with former New Orleans Saints Super Bowl-winning head coach Sean Payton is on the table with Sean slated for a return to coaching next year. The Denver Broncos will be looking for a dependable QB-HC duo next season and Payton and Brady could be the perfect match to replace Hackett and Russell Wilson.

However, what would excite Tom Brady fans the most is a much-fantasized reunion with former New England Patriots HC Bill Belichick. Brady won six of his seven championship rings with Belichick. And together they laid the foundation of one of the NFL’s greatest dynasties. After Tom Terrific left Foxborough, the Patriots won no championships, and that does not thrill Belichick. This season the Patriots with Mac Jones are not special enough to discard a TB12 return. New England Patriots are also 6-6 like Brady and have lost their last two games.
