In a significant step towards making a difference in the lives of cancer patients, Russell Wilson’s ‘Why Not You Foundation’ has partnered with the esteemed V Foundation for Cancer Research. This collaboration aims to provide crucial support and resources to individuals fighting the battle against cancer. Together, they strive to have a lasting impact and contribute to ongoing research efforts.

V Foundation has posted a video featuring Wilson and Ciara on their official Instagram handle. In the video, the couple is seen sharing their thoughts on their new move. Ciara shares in the video, “At the end of it all we’re going to be impacting lives. We’re going to be saving lives together, which is obviously very beautiful and a very, very powerful thing.” 

Following Ciara’s words Wilson adds, “When you see the difference that fundraising, and spending doing events like this with the V Foundation, and seeing young kids being like, thank you for helping me, and then also seeing that there’s no more cancer, how could you not?” After earning a $245 million contract with Broncos, Wilson along with his wife, Ciara is on a quest to impact lives in a good way. But the burning question arises, following the injury woes, will Russell Wilson be able to live up to the price tag for the 2023 season?

Russell Wilson gearing up for the 2023 season

Wilson has been having a tough time with injuries. After having successful arthroscopic surgery on the right knee, following the 2022 season, Wilson is getting to his usual sense of health. As reported by the sports writer, Ian Rapport, the Broncos quarterback will be at full health for the 2023 season. After having a few phases of discomfort, seeing Wilson getting back in action with his full potential is a positive sign for the Broncos.

After having already won three super bowl championships, Broncos, in which the latest being in 2015, Wilson and the team look completely equipped to bring in one more.
