It was a busy day of uploads on the Chiefs’ social media handles. After enjoying the Luke Combs concert with his wife, Brittany, and powering through a mechanical bull ride, reigning champion Patrick Mahomes made his way back to training camp. And the response to the Twitter posts was nothing short of overwhelming. The tweets garnered nearly two thousand reactions in less than five hours.
“Mandatory Patrick Mahomes content since it’s Mandatory Mini Camp,” the KC Chiefs posted on Twitter. In the video, the star passer could be seen warming up, as he entered the training grounds.

That wasn’t it though. The Chiefs posted some stellar mini camp plays that the QB1 orchestrated. “Toe tap alert,” the Chiefs captioned a throw from Mahomes to wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling. Another photo, captioned “offense at work”, showed Mahomes and Co discussing the plays in a huddle. The final post showed Patrick Mahomes failing to connect with his receiver as cornerback Nic Jones made an astonishing interception catch. “Nic with the Pic,” the Chiefs wrote on Twitter.

‘Quarterback’ episodes are unlike anything viewers have seen before
In a one-of-a-kind partnership between the NFL and Netflix, the ‘Quarterback’ docuseries will show the 2022 season in never-before-seen depth and detail. Netflix chose Pat Mahomes, Minnesota Vikings QB1 Kirk Cousins, and former Atlanta Falcons passer, Marcus Mariota, as the key protagonists of the series. “The nine-episode series follows quarterbacks who, for the first time ever, are mic’d up for every single game. From the beginning of the 2022 season to its conclusion,” Netflix described the show on their website this week. Apart from on-field happenings, the show also tracks the signal-callers in their homes and private lives, as they sailed through the ups and downs of the season.
