Joe Burrow invests in a farm
Burrow has joined a list of top athletes across America in an investment opportunity. The list includes the names of Blake Griffin, Kevin Gausman, Anders Lee, Kemba Walker, Khris Middleton, Zach Ertz, Sam Hubbard, and many more.

The group is reportedly purchasing a farm in Iowa in a deal that will roughly amount to $5 million arranged by Patricof Co. The 104-acre land is specialized in corn and soy. Although the group plans to diversify by buying four other farms in the coming years. Among the options are watermelon farms in Oregon. They will then lease the land back to farmers for a single-digit percentage return on their investment.
Founder Mark Patricof later revealed that they had been interested in agriculture investments for some time now. “We did three investments last year after doing six the year before,” said Patricof. “The market changed. The world changed. Prices didn’t necessarily go down, but valuations should have, so we held back. It was the right time in the cycle to put money into this asset class.”

Bengals prepare to pounce
After winning their 2nd consecutive AFC North division title this season. The team will hope to mount another charge to the Super Bowl. Their QB has been in fiery form this season. Burrow was in the MVP race after picking up pace following a poor start to the season. However, the 26-year-old finished the season with 4475 yards and 35 TDs. The team has also defeated Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs in their encounter during the regular season, which was their 3rd consecutive win over the team.
The team can certainly challenge any opposition and will have the favorites alert. They will kick off their postseason with a home game against the Baltimore Ravens.
