NFL franchise Buffalo Bills seem to be approaching the 2022 NFL season proactively as they announced the signing of outside linebacker Von Miller. The 2021 Super Bowl champion with the Los Angeles Rams joins the Bills Mafia and hoping to repeat the feat with Bills quarterback, Josh Allen. The player has had a whirlwind of the last 12 months as he has been pinballing between 3 different NFL franchises.

According to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport, the team has signed the experienced veteran to a 6-year, $120 million deal. Despite having a Hall of Fame-worthy resume at this point in his career, Miller looks to bring home another Super Bowl title to Buffalo.

It all started for him at Denver but later was traded to the Rams, where he made an instant impact with 5 sacks in 8 regular-season games. Miller looked far from being finished and recorded 2 sacks during the Rams Super Bowl LVI win over the young Cincinnati Bengals team.
While he was always hinting at a potential return to the Broncos, it seems Bills jumped at the opportunity to sign Miller. Despite entering his mid-30s, Miller is still one of the accomplished pass rushers and didn’t look out of place with Rams DT Aaron Donald.
Can Von Miller lead the Bills Mafia to the Super Bowl?
The interest was immense from the Rams to retain Miller as part of their roster, but it seems his head did turn at the opportunity presented by the Bills. Apart from the Rams, both the Cowboys and the Broncos did leave offers for him but were rejected by him. The Bills remain the only team to have reached four consecutive Super Bowls, during the 1990s and will be looking to make their way back in the upcoming season.

They are also in the market for bringing in more reinforcements in the form of TE O.J. Howard from the Buccaneers to compliment the Miller acquisition. The fans of the NFL took to Twitter and had a mixed bag of reactions to the latest acquisition made by the Bills organization.

Some fans believe that Buffalo still lacks the players to go deep into the playoffs.

One Twitter user who appears to be a Rams fan had his say on the Bills signing Miller.
I would say Von Miller has 2-4 years left and you're overpaying him. Good luck though.

One fan reasons that the signing might not be as ridiculous as it seems from the Bills organization.
All y'all saying overpaid for a washed up player. Y'all don't know football. He just went to the Superbowl, he has great numbers, if he's washed because he's 32, then what about our players reaching 30. Also, it's 6 years, 17mill a season, and they can cut him whenever they want.
