Aaron Rodgers has become the highlight of the offseason. It is not the Multi-time MVP’s playing skills but his oppressive admissions that are the talk of the town. His openness to ayahuasca was imminent, but the announcement of the darkness retreat picked substantial attention among the critics. Rodgers did not take expert advice from others and recently gave his reason why he did not go the conventional way.
After coming out of the dark, the Green Bay Packers made his first podcast appearance. Aaron Rodgers sat down in the Aubrey Marcus podcast to explain his experience in the retreat he took in Oregon. A-Rod offered some interesting insights and also acknowledged an impending question.

During his appearance, Aaron Rodgers answered why he did not choose to seek advice from someone. He mentioned, “I’m not looking for somebody to tell me what the answer is. All the answers are right inside me, and I touched many of them, and definitely the feelings on both sides during the darkness, and I’m thankful for that time.”
Aaron Rodgers also dove into several other aspects that included exploring retirement and the opportunities for an extended career. Rodgers is yet to make any admission of what his future holds. But the QB1 said that he would not keep everyone waiting and would reveal his decision soon. The Packers have seemingly geared for any impact this time, and it would be a fascinating situation to monitor.
If the Multi-time MVP continues his NFL career, the best option would be for him to land in a trade. Some quarterback-deficit teams could make use of his services. The Buccaneers, Jets, Titans, and Raiders, to name a few. But A-Rod’s hope to join his former teammate could be off the option.
An AFC franchise backed off from A-Rod trade race
A trade made overall sense if the Multi-time MVP proceeded with his football career. Some franchises are monitoring the free agent and trade market, searching for their next starter. Aaron Rodgers certainly has an edge. However, it looks like the Las Vegas Raiders may not be willing to bring A-Rod in for the Black and Gold.

Ziegler and McDaniels have apparently agreed that they won’t be in on the Aaron Rodgers sweepstakes, if he does decide he does not want to return to Green Bay. The Raiders just have too many holes on their roster to trade high picks for a 39-year-old QB. https://t.co/jnPYKESQiV

The Raiders’ Dave Ziegler and Josh McDaniels, according to The Athletic’s Vic Tafur, are not willing to target the Multi-time MVP. After releasing Derek Carr, they clearly need a starter. They would not, however, waste their valuable draft choices on A-Rod.
